<p>
In the south of Hungary, only a few kilometers from city Pécs, in the <b>beautiful village Orfű</b> an <b>80 sqm summer house</b> with garden on a <b>290 sqm site</b> is for sale.
The house was built in the year 2000 and it consists of three floors: the main floor with the entrance from a nice terrace, a mansard and a versatile basement.
Bathroom with shower and toilet can be found on each floor. In the mansard there is one bedroom now, but even 2 other ones are possible to be built there.
</p>
<p>
In the main floor there is an airy living-room and through an arch you can enter the kitchen which serves as a dining-room as well.
On this floor also a bedroom can be found. In the living-room a fireplace was bulilt for colder days.
Wood can be stored in the basement storage.
</p>
<p>
Hot water is supported by the electric boiler of the house. Cooking goes with electricity as well.
But the <b>gas pipe is in front of the house in the street</b> so it is possible to install the gas inside if you want.
Even though it is a summer house now, it is not too difficult to transform it for 4-seasons.
</p>
<p>
There are <b>3 natural lakes nearby</b> with beaches, slide-parks and even silent places for fishermen.
The famous <b>Hertelend thermal spa</b> is only a 10 kilometer distance from there.
The village is well-known by the <b>music festival "Fishing on Orfű”</b> which is organised every summer in June.
